These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at feature-rich.com (the "Website") and the Wishlist Ranker mobile app (the "App"), both operated by Feature Rich ("Feature Rich", "we", "us", or "our"). By using either, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Website terms

The Website is provided for informational purposes, to showcase apps built by Feature Rich. Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website (text, design, graphics, and logos) is owned by Feature Rich or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
  • attempt to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Website at scale; or
  • use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

The Website may link to third-party sites (such as app stores). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

2. Wishlist Ranker app terms

2.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Feature Rich grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

2.2 Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and let us know at support@feature-rich.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2.3 Your content

You retain ownership of the wishlists and items you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant Feature Rich a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the App's functionality (for example, syncing it across your devices).

2.4 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or security; or
  • use automated means to access the App outside of its intended interface.

2.5 Pricing

Wishlist Ranker is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we'll present the relevant pricing and additional terms at the time of purchase, and — where required by law — provide you with the applicable right of withdrawal information before you pay.

2.6 Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google or Apple for optional sign-in). Your use of those sign-in options is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms.

2.7 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the App altogether; where reasonably possible, we'll provide notice before doing so.

3. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feature Rich will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

4. Apple App Store additional terms

If you access the App through Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply and, in the event of a conflict, take precedence over the rest of these Terms as they relate to Apple:

  • These Terms are between you and Feature Rich only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • The license granted to you is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.
  • Feature Rich, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, to the extent required by these Terms.
  • Apple has no warranty obligation of any kind with respect to the App.
  • Feature Rich, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
  • Feature Rich, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You represent that you're not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, and that you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or Website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of the EU member state in which Feature Rich is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you're resident.
